The “No Excuses” Mindset

[00:00:23.200]
and welcome back to the Y ‘all Are Crazy podcast. I am fired up today. Are you fired up?

[00:00:30.200]
I guess so, I better get fired up if I’m not.

[00:00:33.000]
We’ve been watching our daughter cheer for junior high and I always think about, let’s get fired up.

[00:00:38.400]
Oh gosh.

[00:00:39.400]
Because they do that cheer all the time.

[00:00:41.100]
Those cheers get stuck in your head.

[00:00:43.600]
They do. So let’s get fired up because today we are gonna be talking about the benefit of a no excuses mentality. One of your favorite topics.

[00:00:56.200]
It is one of my favorite topics and it’s a little bit counter -cultural because.

[00:01:00.200]
Our culture is full of excuses. And if you’ve got a really good one, then it, you know, bails you out, so to speak. But in the real world of trying to actually accomplish things and be successful at something, excuses don’t matter.

[00:01:14.100]
That’s true. That is true. Excuses are, like you said, they can be useful, but also they can be so detrimental. We think that when you’re starting off in your Oklahoma Grassfed Beef business and in your life, it is so important to eliminate excuses. And if you can be a person that does that, you’re going to get so much further in life.

[00:01:37.400]
Yeah, in business, you know, I say, hey, you can make money or you can make excuses, but you can’t make both. You know, and in Oklahoma Grassfed Beef business, you’ve got certain goals to hit, you’ve got certain bills to pay, certain expenses. You know, you have to generate revenue to cover those and not to mention even make a profit. You can’t make.

[00:02:00.000]
Excuses and and make it work. That’s very true. Yeah, that’s not to say that you’re not gonna have adversity Right, which we talk about too is like, you know eating adversity for breakfast because you’re gonna have stuff come up That’s gonna get in your way.

[00:02:15.500]
Yes But you can’t let it win, you know, that’s right You should tell the story about what Benaiah asked you this morning.

[00:02:22.800]
That made me think about winning But so I just finished reading a book by Mark Patterson called win the day and I didn’t even know that Benaiah had seen or paid attention and read the cover hadn’t talked to him about the book or anything and we were sitting in the sauna and we’d like to read in the sauna and Him and a few of the boys get in there with me and it’s kind of become a neat little tradition And he was reading his devotional And he’s like I just kind of need to read this page and this page and then I’ll be done and I was like That’s cool. And I said reading, you know, really it makes you smarter

[00:03:00.000]
He looked at me and he goes, and closer to God.

[00:03:03.300]
He’s seven.

[00:03:04.500]
And I was like, you are right. I kind of forgot he was reading a devotional, you know? And closer to God. And I was like, man, that’s right, Vinaya. And then he said, hey, did you finish win the day? And I kind of was caught off by it because I didn’t even know he knew I was reading it. And I was like, yeah, son, I finished it. Finished it yesterday. And he goes, did you win? I said, well, I mean, it’s a book about teaching you how to win, you know? And I kind of explained some of the takeaways from the book to him, but it was a funny moment with him.

[00:03:42.300]
He’s just one of our most perceptive child. And if he sees something, it’s gonna be stuck in his memory and he is going to remember it.

[00:03:49.800]
Yeah, very much so.

[00:03:51.100]
So Win the Day by Mark Batterson. We can recommend that book. We both love that book. Speaking of, one of my favorite books of all.

[00:04:00.000]
time is also by Mark Patterson and it’s called In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day and that is actually how we got Benaiah’s name is from that book I listened to it on audio and I went I had never heard the name before and I went and told you I said if we ever have another son we are naming him Benaiah yeah and you’re like what is that and I’m like you’ve got to listen to this book and talk about it no excuses mindset if you got a kill a lion in a snowy pit yeah like hit on a snowy day yeah like that’s overcoming some stuff that is overcoming some adversity I would say I would say most of us will never be in that bad of a situation and that’s a bad one so Benaiah and the story he’s a he’s a lion slayer he is just super strong he is the commander of King David’s army and so we named our fourth child Benaiah and he has lived up to that name he has no telling what he’s gonna do with his life big things no telling big things

[00:05:00.000]
So, as you guys can tell, we really believe in reading. We believe in teaching our children to be readers, and we believe in the power of what reading can teach you. So for the no excuses mentality, I think a big part of that is to always be learning. Be a learner. Always be listening to podcasts, I think, that can teach you things that you can learn from. Not just about work, but I listen to a lot of spiritual podcasts by pastors and authors, and I just think anything that can bring you closer to God during the day is a good thing.

[00:05:36.400]
Yeah, you have to constantly feed your mind with helpful, you know, good things. If you don’t, the world is going to fill it with the bad stuff. I mean, everywhere you turn, it’s something bad or something that’s not going to help you grow in a positive way. And so, if you’re not feeding your mind…

[00:05:55.800]
with stuff that’s helping you grow personally you can easily lose the battle absolutely that’s why reading is so important in addition to podcasts we just really believe in reading growing your mind i think you can always tell when people have never read and then once who have and it just really allows you to grow in your mentality at a faster pace yeah and in today’s world i think we’re full of excuses um you know the world’s full of participation trophies yeah we don’t like participation trophies i hate those things um you know and even banaya we were talking about him he was he said that in his class he got like a ribbon with a letter p on it remember that turning into an episode about him yeah didn’t mean to but it just happened like two weeks ago he was trying to win some art contest or something and he didn’t and he came home and was kind of upset and uh i guess he had got a ribbon with a p on it i guess it’s a participation ribbon well they had first second third yeah did not get first second third he got a participation

[00:06:55.800]
So everybody in the class got one.

[00:06:57.500]
Yeah, he’s like I don’t want to pee ribbon And I was like my man, you know Well, you did do a great project. We actually worked really hard on that project, too I was surprised he did not get first second third, but you got to learn those lessons Yeah, and you got to learn that when you lose you got to learn and figure out what you could have done better Go back to the drawing board and then you know do better the next time. That’s kind of the point of losing That’s right, you know and you need to lose some well we teach our kids At wrestling and sports at life if you ain’t losing you ain’t learning Yeah, so you got to lose to learn you do it’s not fun to lose But it sure helps you learn losing as long as you learn from it if you don’t learn from it Well, that’s another problem But you got to learn from your mistakes, you know and um, you know when we talk about no excuses I think for us in in business. We’ve accomplished a lot of things a lot of good things

[00:07:52.500]
but over the years to it to To do that. I mean man. We’ve had a lot of roadblocks a lot of adversity and When you as a business owner have got like a no excuses mindset You’re gonna get pushback all the time from employees. You know what I mean? it’s really hard to be a no excuses person, but to live in a world of Excuses right you know I was listening to the Craig Groschel podcast yesterday We love Craig Groschel podcast and he was talking about Jesus and he was talking about Jesus came with grace and truth both grace and truth and I think as a parent as a Oklahoma Grassfed Beef business owner Or just a you know a person striving in life whatever you’ve got to have grace and truth and the truth is You know there’s no excuses like you have to get the job done. Whatever it is You know And I think a lot of people don’t want to hear the truth

[00:08:51.900]
Because sometimes it hurts the truth will set you free.

[00:08:55.100]
Yeah, but it doesn’t feel good, you know And so I think like for us like an and let’s say my my agencies, you know Every Monday morning we report out our numbers from the week before every employee’s got to come to the big conference room Bring their results from the week before you know, and they have different job Well, how many calls did you make? How many quotes did you do? How much stuff did you sell and each you know, how many customers did you take care of how many reviews did you get? You know and and one at a time we go around the table and talk about Report out our numbers and what we got from the week before and you know, it never fails that in a given week There’s somebody that’s got an excuse of why their numbers aren’t good from the week before right, you know And we use those moments to coach them that hey, you’ve got to get the job done your excuses They don’t matter

[00:09:45.600]
You know, and I heard a, um, a recording of Jim Rohn, who’s another really good person to listen to and books to read. And he was talking about a meeting similar to that, where I think that guy, the employee had to report the number of calls he had made the week before. And he had a little checkbox and maybe back then it was just on a piece of paper, but you know, and the employee, so he asked him, he’d say, Hey, how many calls did you get last week? You know, and he was like, well, you know, see what happened was and Jim cut it off. He goes, Hey, Hey, I just need the number. He said the number tells the story. I don’t need your story, you know? And obviously it was a low number and that’s why the guy prefaced it with a, you know, an excuse story. But that’s always stuck with me because no matter what life throws at you, you have to find a way to win and, and hit the target.

[00:10:38.800]
Absolutely. I mean, there’s a couple of ways that I can address this. I think first of all, having children.

[00:10:45.600]
Gosh, when you have kids, like you never know what each day’s gonna bring, but you have to be as prepared for it as you can. Something I see a lot is women who want to work outside the home, but they don’t know how to do it with kids. And I’ve always told my agents and those that I help coach, you have to prepare before it comes. You know, like you need to be preparing for your summer plans in January.

[00:11:15.300]
Before summer?

[00:11:16.500]
Yeah, I see so many that get to June and they’re like, I don’t have childcare. How am I gonna do all this? Well, you’ve known summer’s coming. Why have you not gone ahead and planned? For me, I have always worked Mondays and Wednesdays for 13 years since I started my business. Mondays and Wednesdays. My kids have either been in Mother’s Day Out, because that’s Mondays and Wednesdays, or I have a babysitter come. And those are my two work days. Well, what about Christmas break? What about spring break?

[00:11:45.600]
Mondays and Wednesdays. Obviously, I’m not gonna work when it falls on a holiday or if we’re gone on a trip, but if we are home, those are gonna be my work days. It’s really hard to have a successful business and take off for three weeks of Christmas break and spring break and all of fall break and all of summer break. I know plenty of people who try to build a business but take off three months for summer. That’s really hard to do. You just lose momentum. So I just say that to say, plan ahead. You can always pivot. Obviously, if one of your kids wakes up and they have, they’re throwing up, that might derail your day. Your babysitter may not be able to come. You may not be able to take them to school. You can have caveats. However, that cannot be the norm.

[00:12:35.600]
And on those breaks, when you wanna work Monday and Wednesday and the kids are not in school,

[00:12:41.400]
You hire a sitter you have to I just I also see too so many that want to do a business But they won’t pay for a babysitter right or for their kids to go somewhere like a mother’s day out or Somewhere where they have to pay for them to go that is part of your business That is that is part of my business is Having a place for my kids to go when I’m not with them and you have to You know that brings up a good point is people don’t want to pay for certain things But they’ll have no problem You know going out to eat four nights a week or the car payment or the whatever else But it’s like and but they won’t pay for a babysitter for even five hours a day Right so they could go focus on their business

[00:13:27.900]
or whatever they’re doing and try to make more money. You know?

[00:13:31.000]
You just have to. I talk to so many moms who try to work in the margins and I love working in the margins. I don’t know if you know what this is, but this is like when during nap time, you work. After your kids go to bed, before they wake up, yes. Yes, you can do those things, but that cannot be the only time you focus on your business or you’re just not gonna get very far. Also, you know most of what’s happening before a month happens. For my office, we know the team meetings before they happen. We know our events coming up. I send those dates out at the beginning of the year. So my people know, but someone always bails the day off because they didn’t put on their calendar or something happens. And sometimes it’s valid and sometimes it’s just not.

[00:14:20.600]
Right, most of the time it’s not.

[00:14:22.600]
Most things can be, here’s the thing, schedule around what’s important.

[00:14:27.400]
If you have a team meeting at 10 a .m. On Monday and that important that meetings important to you Schedule everything else that day around that meeting but you have to be intentional to do that You have to look at the week ahead and say I’ve got a meeting at 10 a .m. On Monday I’ve also got these other things I need to do they’re gonna have to go around the team meeting What time will I be done with the team meeting 12 o ‘clock? Okay, I’ll put everything else in the afternoon, right? That’s just simple logistics, but so many people like don’t do that.

[00:14:59.200]
No, they don’t Manage a calendar or a schedule and therefore it’s like in the moment if they’re not prepared for that meeting They would rather make up an excuse of why they can’t come so they don’t have to show everybody else that they’re unprepared

[00:15:13.700]
You know, and there’s so many ways, and even in parenting, you know, when our kids are going through hard times, whether it’s a loss in sports or, you know, a ref that didn’t make a call, we have that a lot in wrestling, you know, or, you know, a teacher that didn’t, whatever, who knows, but in those moments, we try to coach our kids up on not having excuses, you know? Yes. And instead, we could, you know, a lot of parents might cave into those excuses and be like, hey, that’s right, little Johnny, you can’t help that, you know? That ref should have made that call, or that teacher should have done this for you. And, you know, you’re feeding into their excuses, which makes them wanna have even more, you know?

[00:16:00.900]
Something that we say a lot, which might sound harsh, but it’s true, is nobody cares, work harder.

[00:16:06.500]
Yeah, I have a few of those posters up in my offices Each one of my offices has got one of those what’s so crazy is so many people will tell us things like I want To do what you do.

[00:16:17.700]
I want to be like like I want to be where you are But they’re not willing to eliminate the excuses in their life to get there.

[00:16:25.800]
Yeah, and it’s not for everybody. That’s for sure, right? But it’s hard like in my business like I have certain Benchmarks, you know set by my company that I have to hit Well, I don’t have to but if I you know If the more I hit them the more money you make right and them and all that well if I don’t hit them There’s nobody I can call and say hey, you know, but I was close You know like if I’m a dollar short, I don’t hit it right if I’m one policy short, like you don’t hit it, right? there’s no Hey, man, like my dog was sick or you know, whatever there’s no

[00:17:03.800]
excuses in that world. So I have to manage the business according to hit those targets and if I have an employee that’s not showing up to work on a regular basis or not getting the job done it’s not that I don’t I might even really like that person but from the business can’t take it. You know what I mean? You try to coach them up and everything but they don’t make it you got to replace them and you know that just goes back to the more you have it in your mind that you can’t accept excuses and you have to win no matter what you know the more you’re gonna be able to overcome in life in all areas of your life right?

[00:17:37.900]
Yeah just adopting that no excuses mentality is just life -changing it’s hard it’s a something hard to teach I feel like a lot of it is innate as we grow up we learn these things and sports teach us these things life teaches us these things but I honestly think it’s What sets you apart when it comes to business and life is who has the least amount of

[00:18:03.400]
and keeps going.

[00:18:05.300]
Yeah, that’s true. And I think too, the more you, as Christians, you know, we read the Bible and it talks a lot about being humble and humility, right? And that allows us to also reflect on ourselves and our own behavior, because we’re not saying we don’t ever mentally try to make excuses. Right. We do, you know, but we try to overcome that, right? And when those, the little devil on your shoulder creeps in, you wanna try to knock him off, you know? And that part helps, but.

[00:18:38.500]
All of life is a balance. Something I’ve struggled with my entire life is feeling like I have to perform well and work hard to feel loved. And that, so there’s that, and then there’s the, you aren’t who you are, or you aren’t what you do, like God made you who you are. Right. So there is, there has to be a balance between the.

[00:19:03.400]
working hard and feeling the joy to just be who God made you to be and be in the moment. You have to have a balance of that. All of life’s a balance. Like life’s a dance, you learn as you go. Sometimes you lean, sometimes you follow.

[00:19:22.700]
That’s true. And I think we still, you know, like for me, I just recently had to go take a test. I’ve been meaning and supposed to have taken that test for a year or two now, you know, but I never made it a big priority, right? And I could say all the excuses of running the Oklahoma Grassfed Beef businesses and all the things and that’s real. But at the same time, it’s like, obviously it wasn’t like that. All of a sudden, I had a deadline put on me, right? And I remember going, you know, to some people at corporate and I was like, hey, this is

[00:19:57.100]
This is my bad. Like I didn’t get this done and you know quickly but I’m gonna get it done and but I didn’t like share with them my excuses because At the end I just owned it like yeah, I hadn’t made it a priority got it done but I promised you I’m gonna get it done by this date right and You know, we got it done by that date you had to buckle down and study hard and like make that a priority Yeah, I had to like yeah I had to just lock myself in the ranch house for like a week and a half and study and like, you know which was a big sacrifice for the businesses and stuff like that and my sanity, but But you know I didn’t make excuses to my team or anybody else about the reasons why I hadn’t gotten it I just hadn’t gotten it done.

[00:20:39.400]
Right, you know, sometimes you just have to say my bad.

[00:20:42.400]
Yeah, I gotta get this done Yeah, my fault, you know, so and that goes good for them falls back on the leader a lot always Yeah Yeah, and a lot of times too like when I’m managing a team member and let’s say like an employee and they’re not

[00:20:56.000]
a good job, right? Instead of me getting just mad at them instantly, which I do, you know, just that’s human nature, right? But you kind of check yourself and you go, Hey, wait a minute. You know, is this person doing a bad job because they intentionally want to do a bad job or are they doing a bad job because I haven’t been a good coach? Yeah. And there’s a lot of times that I check it out, man, I probably wasn’t the best of coach. I probably didn’t set the right expectations. I probably didn’t train them. You know what I’m saying? And so that’ll give me some grace in that moment and going and coaching up that team member instead of, you know, coming at him too hard or whatever the case may be.

[00:21:37.000]
That’s right. Sometimes in real estate transactions, if things just don’t go well at the end, I have to look internally and say, what could I have done better? And sometimes I know things I should have done better. I should have communicated more. I should have. And sometimes it’s hindsight 2020, like, Oh, I wish I would have done this instead of this.

[00:21:56.000]
Sometimes I’m like, I did my best. I did everything I could do and it still didn’t turn out like I wanted it to. So sometimes you just have to look internally and say, did I do everything I could have done? Like search my heart, Lord. And did I do everything with the best of intentions and the best of my ability? That’s all I can do.

[00:22:16.700]
Right. You know, for us, I think we hear sometimes too from people a lot as like, well, I guess it just wasn’t meant to be. Oh, all the time. Or I guess it just wasn’t God’s will. A lot of Christians will use that one as, you know, as a sometimes a cop out. Yeah. Not all the time. I’m not saying all the time, but sometimes. In other words, like the moment they face a little adversity, they quit. Right. Because it’s must not be meant to be. Or maybe it’s not God’s will. Or they’re not getting the job they want, you know, and you ask them like, how many places are you applying per day? You know, now that I’m.

[00:22:56.000]
I’m just praying, and I’m just praying, and I’m just waiting for God to answer prayer. And I’m like, yeah, you gotta pray, but you also, you know, waiting for God to open a door. You hear that a lot too. And it’s like, yeah, you gotta pray, wait for an open, but you gotta go door knocking.

[00:23:11.500]
You gotta knock, knocking the door will be opened. You’re forgetting the action part.

[00:23:16.200]
You’re forgetting that we have to take action. And just because you face a little headwind doesn’t mean it’s not God’s will, or it doesn’t mean that it’s just not meant to be. You know, you might have a real estate deal under transaction, and they find out that there’s a plumbing leak in a wall. And it’s like, oh, well, we’re not gonna buy that house. It’s got a leak in it. And it’s like, dude, to fix that pipe is like 20 bucks. It costs more to actually, but the pipe itself, I mean, it’s like a piece of plastic, like.

[00:23:42.500]
Yeah, you can’t use everything as, if it’s an adversity, it wasn’t meant to be. That is not biblical, and that is just not true of life.

[00:23:51.700]
Yeah. There’s gonna be times where God, like you’re pursuing something, and he’s shutting the door on your face. And then.

[00:23:56.000]
the door in your face as you’re continuing to try and then you’re like okay you know yeah this probably ain’t it you know and you you pray you seek his wisdom and then you go a different direction but you can’t let the little excuses just pile in and you give up just because something’s hard life is hard you know and to do anything worthwhile in life is really hard it is you know running a business is really hard raising kids is hard being married can be hard sometimes no it’s not hard sometimes it can be hard building a house bless is hard buying a house is hard any everything worthwhile is hard it just is yeah so you just have to know that starting and not expect perfection

[00:24:45.700]
Pray for God’s wisdom guidance and do things with intentionality and with that no excuses mindset Yeah, and be tough.

[00:24:54.000]
We need more tough people in America today for sure. We really do We need tougher parents. We need tougher Oklahoma Grassfed Beef business leaders, you know I mean how many businesses do you go to and you’re trying to support a business or whatever and you walk in the door and Nobody even looks at you or they act like inconvenience that you’re there and you’re like man This couldn’t be run worse, you know There’s no leadership.

[00:25:18.800]
There’s no I don’t know, you know, this is not a podcast that full of sunshine and rainbows today This is one that we’re like, okay This this is gonna be a little harder to talk about because I feel like it’s a little more like this but I do feel like it’s necessary and we don’t want all of our podcasts to be just

[00:25:37.100]
Full of frills, right? I want it to be full of meat because we want you guys to get meat from what we say I thought this was important to talk about because we get asked so much of like what sets you apart How do you live differently? What what’s different?

[00:25:52.700]
And this is a big part of that Well, a lot of people see some some people that have had some success in some areas and they’re looking at them on Top of whatever mountain that is, but they don’t know how hard it was to get up there It’s like the iceberg analogy like you see the top of that iceberg But you don’t see what’s underneath of it and everything that yeah to get to the top of that It’s like that speech in in that Rocky movie and I’ve got it hanging on the wall in the gym And he says, you know, it ain’t about hard what you get hit Yeah, but how hard or how hard you hit maybe? Yeah

[00:26:27.000]
It’s how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. We love Rocky and it’s like Sylvester that’s the truth because life is gonna hit you so hard and you’ve got it’s about how hard can you get hit and Keep moving forward, you know and not make the excuse and just quit We love showing our we do movie night pretty much every weekend and we love doing movies that are gonna inspire our kids Yeah, like Rocky movies.

[00:26:52.700]
We watch all of the Kendrick Brothers films facing the Giants the Giants Overcomer Warroom Those are all amazing movies We watched one this weekend and it was called raising the bar and it was about a high jumper and our kids just loved it so anything you can show your kids that are actually going to feed their mind and Encourage them and teach them to push through things highly recommend.

[00:27:19.700]
Yeah in that high jumper movie he was like a farm boy that would run and jump over fences and then

[00:27:27.000]
Long story short, he made the Olympic team but didn’t they didn’t want him on there. This was in like 1908 to 1912 he competed with like Jim Thorpe and stuff that era and Even what they brought him on as a substitute to go but he wasn’t gonna jump Even though he was the best jumper on the team. He had jumped the highest right, but the committee didn’t like him You know, he wasn’t a name. He wasn’t whatever and I mean that guy faced a lot of adversity had so many excuses He got pink -eyed before he had to compete had to wear a hat and they were making fun of him And it was like that was a good story for the kids to see about Overcoming adversity and he ended up winning an Olympic gold medal and then a lot of others after that Yeah, his name was Alma Richards Alma Richards.

[00:28:13.500]
I had told me that yesterday. He said mom That was the best movie I’ve ever seen. I said, do you remember that guy’s name? He said yes Alma Richards I’ll remember that forever. Yeah, this podcast is for you. Yeah that guy in his life

[00:28:27.000]
several moments he could have quit because of excuses. I mean, man, he was getting, I mean, just hammered by people.

[00:28:33.600]
Yeah, we’ll link that in the show notes so you guys can find it.

[00:28:37.300]
It’s a good one.

[00:28:37.800]
It’s on Prime Video right now. So yeah, show your kids inspiring content. Surround them with inspiring things around your home. You know, when they go to bed at night, they need to be reading inspiring content like a devotional or their Bible.

[00:28:54.800]
Yeah.

[00:28:55.200]
And you as parents set the tone for that. If you do it, they’ll do it. You have to be the example. They also see how you work. They see the cadence of mom and dad going about their daily Oklahoma Grassfed Beef business each day and what you do with that, whether you go into an office or you work from home, they see what you do.

[00:29:15.000]
Right.

[00:29:15.500]
So you have to set the example.

[00:29:17.100]
Yeah, and too, I guess to end, it’s like when you have the no excuses kind of mentality and you get that victory,

[00:29:25.200]
It feels so much better because you know how hard it was to achieve it Yeah, you know and that and when your kids do it too, you know, love them up give them a high five Give them a big hug Acknowledge what they went through and remind them. Hey, you remember when you wanted to quit or hey You remember when you lost that because that ref didn’t make that call when he should have you know And now look at what you’ve you know, you’ve got to read kind of teach them and really that reinforces They’re like, okay. Yeah, I get it. Yeah, I get it. Yeah your employees the same way Like, you know, they might be sick for two days out of the week But then the last half of the week they come in and kill it and do a great job You know love them up for overcoming that adversity and still hitting the goal And that helps train them in that

[00:30:11.600]
that no excuses mentality It’s almost like in my world the bigger the adversity you overcome like the more of an attaboy you’re gonna get That’s right, you know, it’s change your mindset change your life.

[00:30:24.000]
Yeah, so that’s where we’re coming from today Change your mindset have a strong mindset toward no excuses and it may take some work and may take you reframing your mind and Thinking about things differently or maybe one day you want to quit or you don’t want to go into work or you Don’t want to do this. Just remember this podcast. Yeah, remember no excuses and then you keep going win the day Did you win?

[00:30:48.500]
